Apologies

Has it really been over two weeks since I last posted? To my four readers, I must apologize for the lack of updates!

The past two weeks have been hectic around the Cozart household. Between birthday parties, driving, school, work, and freshman Bible study stuff, we have been all go and no rest! (I couldn’t think of anything cliche to say that went with that.) Oh, and not to mention all the decorating that has been going on around the apartment! Thats right, my beautiful wife is getting us into the fall spirit (Is there such a thing?) by putting up all sorts of little fall decorations. It is so much different living with a girl (I wanted to say woman there, but its sounds too formal.). Between the decorations, things being neat, and the apartment NOT smelling like a guy, everything is much improved, if I do say so myself!

Since Laura got to post about the first birthday party we went to, I figured that I would go ahead and post about the most recent one. This past weekend we drove/rode to Clifton, Texas to party it up with her (Or I guess I should say OUR!) nephew Carter, who is about to turn a whopping two years old! While there we got to go antinquing (Thats what I call antique shopping. Laura was confused the first time I called it that…) with her dad and Brenda, and while we were shopping, we even bought a little something for the apartment. (Pictures of that to come later, perhaps.) Anyways, pictures of the party can be found by clicking on the Birthday Boy:

As a side note, I’m still working on coming up with a new design, so bear with me.

And Lord willing it won’t be another two weeks before I post again…

One of life’s many blessings

Being married is truly a blessing! There are too many reasons to list for me to support this statement, but I will use the most recent one: I got out of the shower this morning to smell bacon frying and biscuits cooking! How awesome is that?!!!

Another quick/short update

Seems like short updates are the new thing here, and I wish I could say that this one was going to be different, but I can’t.

  1. Let me just say that married life is awesome! I couldn’t have been blessed with a more wonderful wife!
  2. It rained in San Angelo! I know, kinda crazy, but as soon as I leave for Philadelphia, it starts raining…
  3. Having to leave your wife after two weeks of marriage for work purposes is not the greatest of things. But the good news is that I made it back, even with Ernesto trying to keep us on the East Coast longer than we wanted to stay.
  4. Weddings are the happening thing. The weekend I flew out to Philly, my cousin April got married. Then this past weekend Mikey got married. Everyone wants to be like the Cozart’s. ;-)
  5. Hopefully there will be some changes around here (as in the website) soon. Laura needs her own blog here, and with that I hope to change the theme and some other stuff.
  6. New albums!

Hopefully sometime soon we will have more pictures of our wedding up!
